Dalton Leadership Training Inc. was founded on a simple belief: strong leadership is built, not assumed, and it must work in the real world.

Led by Dalton Nguyen, the firm draws on more than 15 years of experience spanning military command, executive advisory roles, advanced manufacturing, and enterprise program leadership. Dalton has led teams where the stakes were high, timelines were unforgiving, and clarity mattered; whether managing large operational portfolios, advising senior executives, or leading cross-functional teams through transformation. He still leads teams as a Commander in the Navy Reserves both directly and cross functionally around the world.

Our approach blends discipline and structure with emotional intelligence and trust-building. We help leaders move beyond theory by giving them practical tools they can use immediately—tools that improve decision-making, strengthen communication, and align teams around shared priorities.
